Yoga is both the union and the balance of the mind, body, and soul; and Younity Yoga’s mission is to help you bring balance to your mind, body, and soul through a regular practice of Yoga.

Life is all about balance; finding a balance between the health and wellness of our physical bodies, thinking minds, and emotional souls. Yoga helps us to go inward to build strength and flexibility in our bodies through the physical practice of yoga, while bringing a peaceful quietness to our constantly thinking minds through the practice of meditation.

My goal as your yoga instructor is to introduce you to the many benefits of a regular yoga practice, to help you increase your strength and flexibility, explore your limitations and possibilities, expand your mind, awaken your awareness, and develop an understanding of the many benefits of yoga.

Danielle McAdon Weiss (Dani Mac), RYT200

The “studio” is located at Collenbrook United Church at 5290 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, PA, inside the church’s Fellowship Hall, which accommodates up to 50 people on mats (and possibly more). As one of the largest studios in this area, you will never be turned away due to a full class.

Our schedule provides an opportunity to establish a consistent daily practice. Our goal is to provide a space to explore the practice of yoga to bring balance and unity to your mind, body, and soul.

Younity Yoga offers classes to accommodate beginners, intermediate, and advanced yoga practitioners. During nice weather, we may offer some classes outside on our beautiful property with a lot of trees, a creek, and plenty of fresh air and sunshine. Please review our class and schedule pages for our latest practice information.

Collenbrook United Church has TWO entrances and parking lots, one accessible from Township Line Rd., and the other accessible from State Rd., across from Drexeline Shopping Center.

Parking is FREE. The Studio entrance is on the STATE ROAD side of the building, up the stairs and through the doors. You can park on both sides, but the State Road lot is closer to the studio doors.

Get to Know the Teacher: Danielle (Dani Mac) McAdon, RYT-200

Danielle McAdon (Dani Mac) is the owner of Younity Yoga and is currently the only teacher until growth requires additional teachers. Dani is a mother of 3 children ages 19, 17, and 9, and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business in 2010. She started practicing yoga after the birth of her 3rd child in 2010 and was drawn to it because of her love of body movement through dance and gymnastics as a child. Once she discovered yoga for physical fitness, she immediately fell in love with the practice of yoga and the yogic philosophy, and lives by the yogic philosophy every day.

After obtaining her degree, Dani was unsure of the type of business she wanted to start, but her love of yoga led her to becoming a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor and starting her own yoga business. She completed her Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher Certification (RYT-200) in 2019 through Sojourn Yoga in Drexel Hill, and is working on reaching her 100th hour of teaching classes so that she can pursue the 500-Hour certification through the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA. Additionally, Dani will also be pursuing additional certifications in Kids Yoga, Teen Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga.

Immediately following her RYT-200 certification, Dani began teaching classes at Collenbrook United Church. As the Church Secretary for 5 years, Dani felt right at home in the church community and wanted to share her love of yoga with the congregation and the members of the wider community.

As Dani’s faith leads her to service, she offers yoga as service by donating 10% of all class revenues to Collenbrook United Church to help Collenbrook with it’s many ministries, including their once monthly Free Community Dinners which feed over 100+ people within our community every month.

Dani also plans to offer a once monthly Weekend Workshop with 20% of the workshop sales benefiting the Church’s Mission of the Month (MOM), which changes every month. Some of the MOM’s the church supports are: Neighbors in Need, Church World Service Blankets +, CROP Hunger Walk, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Kiva, One Great Hour of Sharing, Make a Difference Now, and many more. You can check out the Church’s many monthly ministries on their website’s Mission of the Month page by clicking here!
